Lack of Enterprise Identity & Access Management:The platform relied on a proprietary authentication framework with no Identity Provider (IdP) or Single Sign-On (SSO) integration. Technical Debt Across Core Systems: Accumulated technical debt across the Vue.js and Golang application stack, combined with dependencies on a legacy VB.NET payroll system used in Sri Lanka, slowed modernization efforts and delayed readiness for international expansion.
